Post-Graduation Dream

This morning at 10 o’clock, I woke up from a dream and it was about Julian Casablancas, the vocalist of the American indie rock band “The Strokes”. I can’t exactly recall the details of my dream but what I know is that Julian Casablancas and I have some kind of secret romantic relationship, and it was difficult for both of us probably because of his career as a rock star... Yeah I know, that’s very very impossible to happen in real life, and even in an alternate reality! And besides being a celebrity, he’s already married! But I think in my dream he was single …

Having that kind of dream is strange since I am not (yet) a fan of that band—though I’m not closing my door to a possibility of becoming a fan someday—and I only heard three of their songs: “Juicebox”, “Someday”, and “You Only Live Once”. And lately, I’ve been “obsessed” with Gary Lightbody, the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of ”Snow Patrol”, so how come I didn’t have a dream about him instead??? Now, I feel a bit guilty since it’s like I cheated on Gary Lightbody with Julian Casablancas… ;P
