I tried (but failed) to stay away from the TV set because I easily get hooked on great shows such as this one...
"The 3rd Hospital" is a Korean medical drama about the conflicts between Western medicine and Eastern medicine. Oh Ji-ho, my favorite Korean actor, plays one of the main characters. This show is currently being aired on channel M (formerly tvN Asia). B-)

Cita Astals
Last night's episode of "Rated K" featured former actress and Manila councilor Cita Astals. It is confirmed that there's really something wrong with her mental health, and I can't help but feel pity for her. I am not a psychiatrist but from what I've learned from our Psychiatric Nursing subject, during the interview she was exhibiting signs of Paranoid Schizophrenia (like the case of John Forbes Nash, Jr. in "A Beautiful Mind"). I really hope and pray that she will get the help and treatment she needs.

Dying Daisies!?
Oh my! The show "Pushing Daisies" is in danger of being canceled! Or maybe it has already been canceled!!! Oh no! I haven't even watched the first and last episodes of the first season!
Here's the article (from Yahoo! TV) about the sad news:

The quirky, critically-acclaimed drama "Pushing Daisies," about a pie maker who can revive the dead just can’t seem to catch a break. Its first season was interrupted by the writers’ strike and now its second season’s ratings have been falling weekly (with viewership well below that of last year’s). Sure fans love it and want desperately to save it, but unless all the brouhaha turns into viewers, Ned the pie maker will find himself trying to bring the show back to life.
