I almost had a heart attack while presenting the schematic diagram of the occurrence of Pulmonary Edema secondary to Rheumatic Heart Disease in front of my classmates... and Sir Ever.
Oh, the irony of it, having a heart attack while talking about Rheumatic Heart Disease. Tsk-tsk!
